Hello Primary 7!
We hope you are all well and had a good Easter break, even if it was rather different to a normal holiday!
Here’s a little video to say hi, let you know what’s on your Home Learning Grid for this week and give you a couple of ideas to get you started. CLICK HERE for the Week 3 video introduction
Below is your Home Learning Grid for the next week. As before it includes a Form to complete – this week it is based on your reading activity. Please remember to let us know how you’re getting on by completing the Learning Conversation Form at the start of next week too.

(Quite) A Few Words About Maths
Over the next few weeks Primary 5, 6 and 7 are going to be trialling resources created by White Rose Maths. This resource is used in many schools across the country and is particularly useful at this time as it can be easily accessed online and provides teaching videos as well as practise activities.
Each week, we will choose a focus for you from the website. Initially these will focus on revising topics already covered. White Rose Maths is based around the English Year system which progresses differently to the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence, so please don’t worry if the lessons are jumping around within the White Rose website or we’re giving you lessons from different years (e.g. P6 may be given activities from Year 4 or 5).
Each lesson on the site is intended to take 20-30 minutes and has a teaching video and a worksheet. You don’t need to print the worksheet off, you can just write the answers down in your jotter and check them at the end.Don’t worry if you get stuck on some of the Flashback 4 questions as we may not have covered them.
We would really like any feedback from you about the resources so please do add comments into the Learning Conversation form or drop us an email via the school admin address to let us know how you’ve found it.
